Overview
This demonstrates how to give users the ability to send different email templates to different partners without having to create multiple actions.
Create the email templates
Admin/Action Lists/Email Templates
- Create an email template.
Above, in the example, Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase do not want a HUD to be delivered with their commitment, which means Selected should be chosen on this email template. When this email template is used on an action, it will only be used for the partners selected in this box.
The second email template to deliver the commitment with the HUD is set to All, Except with Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase selected. This email will be sent when Bank of American and JP Mortgage Chase are not on the file because All, Except is selected.
Associate the Email Templates to the Commitment Delivery Action
Now that the commitment delivery email templates are created, they can both be associated with a single action.
