Overview
The AmTrust Title Group integration allows users to generate policy jackets and closing protection letters from within Resware. When this integration is used, the documents are attached to a file without a user having to go to the underwriter’s website.
This job aid demonstrates how to set up and use the AmTrust Title Group integration.
Begin here: Contact an AmTrust Title Group representative for further information and to register for services. Inform AmTrust the account will be used with the Resware integration. Account information, including a username and password, will be provided.
Next: Follow the setup steps in this job aid.
Next: Test.
Troubleshooting: After verifying username and password, contact Resware’s customer success team at support@resware.qualia.com to verify the application configuration bindings and endpoint settings if a successful connection is not achieved.

If a single jacket is requested in error, the user must go to the AmTrust website to request the remaining jacket. If a jacket is voided on the AmTrust website, a replacement jacket must also be requested on the website. A replacement jacket cannot be requested through the Resware integration. Integration logging
This feature is helpful when trying to troubleshoot issues with the integration. The integration logging interface creates a log4net.config file behind the scene and enables logging immediately, without having to restart the server. Note: The config file will only be created if logging is enabled and some functionality that triggers logging has been performed.
Admin/General Setup/Integration Logging
- To enable the logging functionality:
- Select AmTrust and check the Log Enabled box.

- To retrieve a log file:
- View: This views a log directly in Resware.
- Zip & Download: This zips either a single log file or a whole directory of logs located on the server for a selected integration. The user can optionally add a password to the zip file, which also causes the file to be encrypted with AES-256.
- Zip & Send to Adeptive: This zips either a single log file or a whole directory of logs located on the server for a selected integration and send those logs to Adeptive Software. The user can optionally add a password to the zip file, which also causes the file to be encrypted with AES-256.
