Overview
The Fidelity National Title Insurance Company integration allows users to generate and void policy jackets and generate closing protection letters from within Resware. When this integration is used, the documents are attached to a file without a user having to go to the underwriter’s website.
Credentials must first be obtained from Fidelity’s authentication portal. Contact AgentTrax support at agencyintegrationsupport@fnf.com to obtain a username.
The Client ID and Secret Key obtained from the portal will be entered in the Fidelity XML Client.
This demonstrates how to set up and use the Fidelity National Title Insurance integration.
Begin here: Contact a Fidelity National Title representative for further information and to register for services. Inform Fidelity the account will be used with a Resware integration. Account information, including a username will be provided.
Next: Follow the set-up steps in this job aid.
Then: Test. Contact Resware’s support team at support@resware.qualia.com for any additional questions or support.
