Overview
MessageLeap is designed with a seamless email-to-text and text-to-email service and allows texting to clients by sending an email from Resware. There is no need to spend time and money to train users on additional, business texting applications, all communications can be done from within Resware. MessageLeap’s Resware integration makes it easy to communicate with on-the-go realtors, buyers, and sellers, helping to avoid end-of-the month crunches due to unanswered phone calls or emails.

Best Practices and General Information
- Business text messages should not be used for marketing without prior consent.
- Business text is intended for person-to-person communication.
- Personal Identifiable Information (PII) should be stored on a secured file share (e.g., Box, Dropbox, Google Drive) and sent as a link.
- If an email signature contains a logo and multiple rows, consider creating a separate one for text messaging purposes, including the least amount of information and no logos or disclaimers.
- If a recipient texts STOP, discontinue all messaging until they send UNSTOP.
- A single text message has an available character count of 160. If exceeded, the message will be split into multiple messages.
- Use of an emoji limits available character count to 70, and not supported in Resware.
- Messages may contain attachment types including .png, .jpg, and .tif.
- PDFs may either be shared via a link or by taking a screen shot and saving it as a .png, .jpg, or a .tif.
