Pythonic AI

Overview

Pythonic.ai is a Machine Learning based solution that can route documents to correct files in Resware as well as extract data from complex documents and create import files for Resware users to place the data into their files. (09/16/2020 demo)

NOTE:  Before enabling this integration, please contact your Qualia Account Manager to sign a Pythonic.ai addendum to your current Master Services and License Agreement. After completing the setup steps contained in this job aid, Pythonic.ai will need to have the following items provided to them to complete the integration setup:

  • Employee partner email, username, and password.
  • Your RESTful API endpoint URL (usually https://yourreswareportal.com/api)
  • List of document types displaying both DocumentTypeIDs and Document Name.

Contact support@resware.qualia.com for assistance if you encounter issues with these steps.

NOTE: The email, username, and password for the employee will need to be provided to Pythonic.ai to ensure the documents are returned on the file’s Documents panel.

Validate the Partner Employee Password

Website

After a password is set or reset for a partner employee, the employee is required to enter a new password the next time they access the website.  To ensure this integration is set up properly, log into the company’s Resware website with the username and password created in the prior step and create a new password.  Provide this new password to Pythonic.ai.

NOTE: It may be beneficial to set the expiration date of this password out for an extended period of time, on the partner employee setup.  Check with company-specific password security protocols to verify this will be acceptable or have a reminder in place to update this password as needed to ensure this integration’s service will not be interrupted.

NOTE: Provide the Username and Password to Pythonic.ai.

  • Click the document type and click Edit.

Settlement Type Mappings for Closing Disclosure (CD) Extraction

Pythonic.ai uses your Resware settlement type mappings to accurately create an import file for Resware to import from a Closing Disclosure (CD) document. Please run the query below in your Resware database and provide the output to Pythonic.ai.

SELECT st.SettlementTypeID
    ,st.[Name] AS [SettlementTypeName]
    ,ISNULL(mm.[Name], 'Not Mapped') AS [MISMOFeeType]
    ,ISNULL(cds.[Name], 'Not Assigned') AS [CDSection]
FROM settlementtype st
INNER JOIN SettlementTypeVersion stv ON st.settlementtypeid = stv.SettlementTypeID
INNER JOIN SettlementTypeVersionSettlementTypePropertyRel stvs ON stv.SettlementTypeVersionID = stvs.SettlementTypeVersionID
    AND stvs.SettlementTypePropertyID = 67
LEFT JOIN SettlementTypeMISMOMapping mm ON stvs.DefaultInt = mm.SettlementTypeMISMOMappingID
LEFT JOIN ClosingDisclosureSettlementType cdst ON st.SettlementTypeID = cdst.SettlementTypeID
LEFT JOIN ClosingDisclosureSection cds ON cdst.ClosingDisclosureSectionID = cds.ClosingDisclosureSectionID
WHERE stv.SettlementStatementVersionID = 4
ORDER BY SettlementTypeID

Pytonic.ai may request that additional settlement types be mapped, new ones added, or existing ones edited. Please follow the instructions in the Resware help documentation to add or edit to your existing settlement types, or contact us for assistance.
